Hi again — I’m Stephanie Escobar.
I’ve worked professionally as a creative for over a decade and currently serve as Creative Director at St. Nick’s Christmas Lighting & Decor, where I lead a team of designers, marketers, and web specialists in producing large-scale commercial installations, branded content, and new product development.
My personal projects focus on colorful illustration, meaningful design, and playful storytelling. Whether I’m working on a book character, designing holiday displays, or developing a new product, I approach each piece with intention, imagination, and problem-solving in mind.
My Story
Hi, I’m Stephanie — a Creative Chaos Queen who brings color, clarity, and storytelling to life.
I’m a multidisciplinary visual artist and designer who blends fine art, digital illustration, product design, and photography into vivid, story-driven creations. Whether I’m sketching on paper, rendering a commercial display, or snapping a portrait, my work is rooted in connection — with the viewer, the client, and the idea itself.
My creative toolkit includes painting, drawing, photography, illustration, video editing, and graphic design. And I love bouncing between them. Why limit yourself to one medium when you can master the mix?
From Photoshop Nerd to Product Designer
My creative journey began over two decades ago with a cracked copy of Photoshop and a lot of curiosity. In 2016, I self-taught Illustrator and InDesign. By 2020 — in the middle of the year of chaos — I picked up Procreate and haven’t looked back since.
That journey from traditional tools to digital platforms shaped the way I work: adaptable, resourceful, and always excited to learn something new.
Now, I use that same curiosity and tenacity to help businesses, brands, and people bring their visions to life — whether that’s a character illustration for a children’s book or a 30-foot skyline display for a commercial holiday project.
My Creative Superpower? Vision and Vibes.
Clients have called me a “visual translator” — I can take vague concepts, half-baked sketches, or a good ol’ brainstorming convo and transform them into designs that just click.
I love taking a seed of an idea and turning it into something you can touch, share, or install in the middle of a shopping center. I work best when I’m collaborating, imagining, and obsessing over the details that make something feel special.
Mission: Make Mid-Level Brands Feel Big-League
I specialize in helping small-to-midsize businesses, nonprofits, and creatives elevate their brand presence with:
-
Thoughtful design that reflects their values
-
Clean, engaging websites built on Wix, WordPress, or Squarespace
-
Logos and brand identities that feel true to them
-
Social-ready visuals and product mockups that look great on screens or shelves
Whether you need help launching a project, building a brand, or just making things look better, I’ve got your back — with heart, hustle, and a splash of neon.
Let’s Create Something Amazing
If you’re a recruiter, creative team, or business looking for a designer who wears many hats (and makes most of them herself), let’s connect. I bring creativity, adaptability, and strong visual instincts — plus a decade of experience across industries.
Fun Fact: I live with a golden retriever named Arlo and a family of opinionated guinea pigs. They show up in more of my work than you'd expect.
So, if you like golden retrievers, guinea pigs, Halloween, or Diet Coke… we’ll probably get along just fine. 🐾👻🥤
